STEP WISE PICTORIAL RECIPE OF SWEET CORN AND APPLE SALAD RECIPE 

 

Boil sweet corns for 5 minutes. 

Drain them and transfer them into a bowl. Let them cool completely.

Add rest of the ingredients mentioned in recipe card i.e. apple (cut into pieces), pomegranate seeds, tofu (cut into small pieces), walnuts, pumpkin seeds, mayonnaise, green or red chilli sauce, black pepper powder, salt, lemon juice and finely chopped coriander (stems included).

Give them a good mix.

Enjoy but better little lately as the flavours will infuse in the ingredients.

Sweet corn and apple salad is a refreshing blend of crisp apples, sweet corn, and fresh veggies, perfect for summer!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sweet corns
  • 1 apple (cut into pieces)
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 100 gram Tofu (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1.5 tbsp Mayonnaise (we used vegan Mayo)
  • 1 tbsp green or red chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp coriander (stems included - finely chopped)
