Rose Syrup Milk pudding with step wise pictorial and video method.

Milk pudding is a jelly like dessert made with whole milk, sugar and corn flour.

Traditionally, milk pudding is made using gelatin (non vegetarian) or agar agar (vegetarian) but we haven’t used the both because we don’t consume non-veg and as far as agar agar is concerned, it is not easily available in small towns.

Still the pudding came out so good and this is all due to corn flour/ corn starch.

If you look at the dessert, you will definitely find it difficult to make but when you go through the ingredients and process, you will be amazed to see that how easy, simple and interesting it is to make.

We have made it in a large bowl but you can make it in divided portion like glass or pudding set. Next time, we would like to make a pudding in separate portions. Just pick your share and enjoy on your part.

We have added rose syrup to give it a rose flavour but in case you don’t have rose syrup or don’t want to make it rose flavoured, then skip rose syrup and rose essence & add a teaspoon of vanilla essence. As simple as that.
