Whole wheat papdi | simple atta papri recipe |  papdi recipe with atta and suji is the core ingredient of many of the indian chaat recipes. Very easy to make, these papdis are so crunchy and tasty that you can eat them as it is.

Earlier also, we have shared the recipe of papdi in this blog but that is made with besan/gram flour. The post is named as Besan Papdi. Though the process is same, but slight changes in ingredients is the basis of separate post.

Though these are primarily named as whole wheat papdi, but suji/semolina is also added in it. Suji helps in providing a requisite crunch in the basic food item.

Either enjoy these papdis as it is or make delicious chaat recipes like Bhel puri, sev puri, sev papdi or papdi chaat.

STORAGE

NOTE

Papdi is used in making chats. If you are making them for the same purpose, then the given quantity of salt is fine. But papdi can be eaten as it is with a cup of tea. If you don’t have plans to make it for chaat, add little more salt.
