STEP WISE PICTORIAL RECIPE OF EGGLESS 1 MINUTE MICROWAVE MUG CAKES RECIPES

 

1. CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

1.Take a Microwave safe mug and add flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda and salt.

2. Give it a good mix preferably using fork.

3. Then add vanilla essence, milk and oil.

4. Mix very well.

5. Lastly add chocolate chips and mix again.

6. Also decorate with some more chocolate chips.

7. Microwave on high power (ours is 900) for 1 minute.

8. Chocolate mug cake is ready.

Serve after drizzling chocolate syrup.

2. CHOCOLATE MUG BROWNIE

1.Add flour, cocoa powder, sugar and salt in a microwave safe mug.

2. Give it a good mix.

3. Then add vanilla essence, milk and oil.

4. Mix very well.

5. Lastly add walnuts and mix again.

6. Also decorate with some more walnuts.

7. Microwave on high power (ours is 900) for 1 minute.

3. VANILLA MUG CAKE

1.Take a microwave safe mug and add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

2. Give it a good mix.

3. Then add vanilla essence, milk and oil.

4. Mix very well.

5. Microwave on high power (ours is 900) for 1 minute.

Vanilla mug cake is ready.

4. FUNFETTI MUG CAKE

1.Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a microwave safe mug.

2. Give it a good mix preferably using fork.

3. Then add vanilla essence, milk and oil.

4. Mix very well.

5. Lastly add Funfetti and mix again.

6. Also decorate with some more Funfetti.

7. Microwave on high power (900) for 1 minute.

Funfetti mug cake is ready.

5. TUTTI FRUITY MUG CAKE

1.Take a microwave safe mug and add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

2. Give it a good mix.

3. Then add vanilla essence, milk and oil.

4. Mix very well.

5. Lastly add tutti fruity and mix again.

6. Also decorate with some more tutti fruity.

7. Microwave on high power (900) for 1 minute.

Tutti fruity mug cake is ready.

6. CHOCOLATE LAVA MUG CAKE

1.Take a microwave safe mug and add flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and salt.

2. Give it a good mix preferably using fork.

3. Then add vanilla essence, milk and oil.

4. Mix very well.

5. Insert a big piece of Chocolate in the middle of the batter.

6. Microwave on high power (900) for 1 minute.

Chocolate Lava Mug cake is ready.

7. RED VELVET MUG CAKE

1.Take a microwave safe mug and add flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and salt.

2. Give it a good mix.

3. Then add red food colour, vanilla essence, milk and oil.

4. Mix very well.

5. Microwave on high power (900) for 1 minute.

6. Red velvet mug cake is ready.

You may decorate it by putting a heart shaped piece of paper and then sprinkle powdered sugar over it.

8. COFFEE MUG CAKE

1.Add coffee powder in a microwave safe mug.

2. Add milk and mix well.

3. Add oil, sugar and vanilla essence. Mix.

4. Then add flour spoon by spoon and keep mixing after every spoon of flour to avoid lumps.

5. Lastly add baking powder and mix well.

6. Microwave on high power (900) for 1 minute.

Coffee mug cake is ready.

NOTES

  1. Make sure your mug/cup is microwave safe.
  2. Microwave time is 1 minute in a high 900 power. You may need to reduce or increase the microwave time depending on your microwave’s high power because every microwave is different.

  • Mocrowave safe mug/cup (capacity of mug must be 125 ml or above.)

Ingredients
  

Mug size 125 ml

    CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

    • 4 tbsp All purpose flour
    • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
    • 3 tbsp sugar of your choice (we used brown sugar)
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
    • 1/8 tsp baking soda
    • 2 tbsp milk
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • Pinch of salt
    • Chocolate chips (optional)
    • Chocolate syrup for garnish (optional)

    CHOCOLATE MUG BROWNIE

    • 3 tbsp all purpose flour
    • 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
    • 2 tbsp sugar of your choice (we used brown sugar)
    • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
    • 3 tbsp oil
    • Pinch of salt
    • 1 tbsp walnuts (optional)

    VANILLA MUG CAKE

    • 4 tbsp All purpose flour
    • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
    • 1/4 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
    • 3 tbsp milk
    • Pinch of salt

    FUN FETTI MUG CAKE

    • 4 tbsp All purpose flour
    • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
    • 1/4 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
    • 3 tbsp milk
    • Pinch of salt
    • 2 tbsp Funfetti

    TUTTI FRUITY MUG CAKE

    • 4 tbsp All purpose flour
    • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
    • 1/4 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
    • 3 tbsp milk
    • Pinch of salt
    • 2 tbsp Tutti Fruity

    CHOCOLATE LAVA MUG CAKE

    • 2 tbsp All purpose flour
    • 2 tbsp sugar of your choice (we used brown sugar)
    • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
    • 1.5 tbsp oil
    • 2 tbsp milk
    • 1/4 tsp baking powder
    • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
    • Salt a pinch
    • A big piece of Chocolate

    RED VELVET MUG CAKE

    • 3 tbsp all purpose flour
    • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
    • 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
    • 1/4 tsp red food colour
    • 1.5 tbsp oil
    • 3 tbsp milk
    • 1/4 tsp baking powder
    • salt a pinch

    COFFEE MUG CAKE

    • 3 tbsp All purpose flour
    • 3 tbsp sugar of your choice (we used brown sugar)
    • 1/4 tsp baking powder
    • 1.5 tsp Instant coffee powder
    • 3 tbsp warm milk
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence

    Instructions
     

    CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

    • Take a Microwave safe mug and add flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda and salt.
    • Give it a good mix preferably using fork.
    • Then add vanilla essence, milk and oil.
    • Mix very well.
    • Lastly add chocolate chips and mix again.
    • Also decorate with some more chocolate chips.
    • Microwave on high power (ours is 900) for 1 minute.
    • Chocolate mug cake is ready.
    • Serve after drizzling chocolate syrup.

    • Take a microwave safe mug and add flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and salt.

    • Then add vanilla essence, milk and oil.

    • Insert a big piece of Chocolate in the middle of the batter.
    • Microwave on high power (ours is 900) for 1 minute.

    RED VELVET MUG CAKE

    • Take a microwave safe mug and add flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    • Give it a good mix.
    • Then add red food colour, vanilla essence, milk and oil.
    • Mix very well.
    • Microwave on high power (900) for 1 minute.
    • Red velvet mug cake is ready.
    • You may decorate it by putting a heart shaped piece of paper and then sprinkle powdered sugar over it.

    COFFEE MUG CAKE

    • Add coffee powder in a microwave safe mug.
    • Add milk and mix well.
    • Add oil, sugar and vanilla essence. Mix.
    • Then add flour spoon by spoon and keep mixing after every spoon of flour to avoid lumps.
    • Lastly add baking powder and mix well.
    • Microwave on high power (900) for 1 minute.
    • Coffee mug cake is ready.

    Notes

    Make sure your mug/cup is microwave safe.
    Microwave time is 1 minute in a high 900 power. You may need to reduce or increase the microwave time depending on your microwave's high power because every microwave is different.
