Eggless 1 minute microwave mug cakes recipes
Eggless cakes, that too in a tea mug and above all, in just 1 minute using microwave.
Equipment
- Microwave (Our's is 900 high power.)
- Mocrowave safe mug/cup (capacity of mug must be 125 ml or above.)
Ingredients
Mug size 125 ml
CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
- 4 tbsp All purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp sugar of your choice (we used brown sugar)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- Pinch of salt
- Chocolate chips (optional)
- Chocolate syrup for garnish (optional)
CHOCOLATE MUG BROWNIE
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar of your choice (we used brown sugar)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
- 3 tbsp oil
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp walnuts (optional)
VANILLA MUG CAKE
- 4 tbsp All purpose flour
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 tbsp milk
- Pinch of salt
FUN FETTI MUG CAKE
- 4 tbsp All purpose flour
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 tbsp milk
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp Funfetti
TUTTI FRUITY MUG CAKE
- 4 tbsp All purpose flour
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 tbsp milk
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp Tutti Fruity
CHOCOLATE LAVA MUG CAKE
- 2 tbsp All purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar of your choice (we used brown sugar)
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1.5 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- Salt a pinch
- A big piece of Chocolate
RED VELVET MUG CAKE
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp red food colour
- 1.5 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- salt a pinch
COFFEE MUG CAKE
- 3 tbsp All purpose flour
- 3 tbsp sugar of your choice (we used brown sugar)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1.5 tsp Instant coffee powder
- 3 tbsp warm milk
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
- Take a Microwave safe mug and add flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda and salt.
- Give it a good mix preferably using fork.
- Then add vanilla essence, milk and oil.
- Mix very well.
- Lastly add chocolate chips and mix again.
- Also decorate with some more chocolate chips.
- Microwave on high power (ours is 900) for 1 minute.
- Chocolate mug cake is ready.
- Serve after drizzling chocolate syrup.
CHOCOLATE MUG BROWNIE
- Add flour, cocoa powder, sugar and salt in a microwave safe mug.
- Give it a good mix.
- Then add vanilla essence, milk and oil.
- Mix very well.
- Lastly add walnuts and mix again.
- Also decorate with some more walnuts.
- Microwave on high power (900) for 1 minute.
- Chocolate mug Brownie is ready.
VANILLA MUG CAKE
- Take a microwave safe mug and add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Give it a good mix.
- Then add vanilla essence, milk and oil.
- Mix very well.
- Microwave on high power (900) for 1 minute.
- Vanilla mug cake is ready.
FUNFETTI MUG CAKE
- Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a microwave safe mug.
- Give it a good mix preferably using fork.
- Then add vanilla essence, milk and oil.
- Mix very well.
- Lastly add Funfetti and mix again.
- Also decorate with some more Funfetti.
- Microwave on high power (900) for 1 minute.
- Funfetti mug cake is ready.
TUTTI FRUITY MUG CAKE
- Take a microwave safe mug and add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Give it a good mix.
- Then add vanilla essence, milk and oil.
- Mix very well.
- Lastly add tutti fruity and mix again.
- Also decorate with some more tutti fruity.
- Microwave on high power (ours is 900) for 1 minute.
- Tutti fruity mug cake is ready.
CHOCOLATE LAVA MUG CAKE
- Take a microwave safe mug and add flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Give it a good mix preferably using fork.
- Then add vanilla essence, milk and oil.
- Mix very well.
- Insert a big piece of Chocolate in the middle of the batter.
- Microwave on high power (ours is 900) for 1 minute.
- Chocolate Lava Mug cake is ready.
RED VELVET MUG CAKE
- Take a microwave safe mug and add flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Give it a good mix.
- Then add red food colour, vanilla essence, milk and oil.
- Mix very well.
- Microwave on high power (900) for 1 minute.
- Red velvet mug cake is ready.
- You may decorate it by putting a heart shaped piece of paper and then sprinkle powdered sugar over it.
COFFEE MUG CAKE
- Add coffee powder in a microwave safe mug.
- Add milk and mix well.
- Add oil, sugar and vanilla essence. Mix.
- Then add flour spoon by spoon and keep mixing after every spoon of flour to avoid lumps.
- Lastly add baking powder and mix well.
- Microwave on high power (900) for 1 minute.
- Coffee mug cake is ready.
Notes
Make sure your mug/cup is microwave safe.
Microwave time is 1 minute in a high 900 power. You may need to reduce or increase the microwave time depending on your microwave's high power because every microwave is different.
