This is less a recipe and more like a masterpiece. Just imagine your special guests at your home for a lunch or dinner and these cucumber boats are adorning the center of dining table with their beauties.
Believe it, they will not be able to stop themselves from appreciating your efforts and would love to recreate for themselves.
This is just a simple chaat recipe presented in the most innovative way, which you can opt for special occasions, though not in daily routine.
It is basically a chaat recipe comprises of number of ingredients and cucumber is a prime one, which is there as a whole. However you can tweak the ingredients the way you like and add anything of your choice which you want in your chaat, be it boiled black chickpeas, tofu, pomegranate, beetroot, sev or anything you like.
It is important to mention here that this is just a beautiful way to present the cucumber chaat and in case you want to keep it simple, just add the chopped cucumber with other ingredients and serve it in a bowl. Simple.
STEP WISE PICTORIAL RECIPE OF CUCUMBER BOAT CHAAT RECIPE
Add sprouted green moong, sweet corns, peanuts, onion, tomatoes, black pepper powder, black salt, salt, chaat masala, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
Give them a good mix and keep aside.
First cut the one side of cucumber length wise to make it flat so that it can be given a firm base to lay down without moving. A video is attached with this post to make you understand in a better way.
Cut the top of cucumber length wise.
Again give second thin slit but keep the end intact.
Insert and toothpick on the intact side.
Lift the top flip of cucumber and insert in a toothpick.
Lock the head of toothpick with carrot piece or anything you can think of. Olive too is a good choice.
Scrap the middle of cucumber removing all seeds and pith creating a space in the center of cucumber.
Fill it with the prepared stuffing.
Enjoy.

- 2 cucumbers
- 3 tbsp sprouted green moong
- 3 tbsp sweetcorns
- 2 tbsp peanuts
- 3 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp black salt
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp chaat masala
