Add sprouted green moong, sweetcorns, peanuts, onion, tomatoes, black pepper powder, black salt, salt, chaat masala, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
Give them a good mix and keep aside.
First cut the one side of cucumber length wise to make it flat so that it can be given a firm base to lay down without moving. A video is attached with this post to make you understand in a better way.
Cut the top of cucumber length wise.
Again give second thin slit but keep the end intact.
Insert and toothpick on the intact side.
Lift the top flip of cucumber and insert in a toothpick.
Lock the head of toothpick with carrot piece or anything you can think of. Olive too is a good choice.
Scrap the middle of cucumber removing all seeds and pith creating a space in the centre of cucumber.
Fill it with the prepared stuffing.
