Nawabi kesariya paneer recipe | Nawabi paneer | Paneer Nawabi with step wise pictorial and video method.

This recipe is not just nawabi by adding a word nawabi but it truly has that richness. Not necessary that only adding too much of ingredients make a dish royal and rich, but limited ingredients and majestic flavours too play vital at times.

This recipe is all together different and unique in itself. Go by the ingredients & you will realize that list will end with a jerk.

It has minimal ingredients with no use of onion, garlic and other major spices without which cooking is not possible.

What to say of onion, garlic and spices, this recipe even doesn’t have oil which is the root of cooking. Every cooking process begins with addition of oil in a pan.

Came across this recipe on a social media platform posted by Ms. Astha Verma and decided to give this superb recipe a try. We have added all those ingredients what she had used and in addition to them, green cardamom and black pepper power are in extra category which were not there in original recipe.

Initially we were little hesitant about its taste because it doesn’t have essential ingredients but it really came out super yum.

Yes it didn’t have that sharpness which is brought by spices but it was simple, sweet and melt in mouth recipe loved by one & all.

Soft white paneer with sprinkles of red chilli flakes & saffron strands, dash of black dots of pepper & crunchy cashews not only make the dish delectable but picturesque at the same time.
