Step wise pictorial recipe of mango ice cream

 

  1. Take mangoes, preferably the ripe one.
  2. Peel their skin and also remove the pulp.
  3. Transfer this pulp in a blender and blend to a smooth puree. From the pulp of 3 mangoes, we got about 2 cups of puree. Keep aside.Mango ice cream recipe with 3 ingredients | mango ice cream without condensed milk | easy mango ice cream recipe
  4. Take a big sized bowl and add whipping cream and powdered sugar in it.
  5. Whisk it for 2 – 3 minutes till it becomes fluffy.

  7. Now add yellow food color and Mango essence in it. However both these ingredients are optional. Whisk so that they incorporate well.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 mangoes roughly 750 gram
  • 2 cup whipping cream (Non-dairy)
  • 3/4 cup powered sugar
  • Few drops of yellow food color optional
  • Mango essence optional
