How to Make Pinwheel Samosa in Airfryer from Scratch at Home | Crispy Pinwheel Samosa in Airfryer Made from Scratch (No Puff Pastry) | Airfryer Pinwheel Samosa Recipe with Homemade Dough with step wise pictorial and video method.

When the word samosa erupts, there’s always that triangular shaped popular Indian Street food comes to the mind but in this post, we are talking about the one with a modern twist, called pinwheel Samosa.

This is called pinwheel Samosa because the shape of this samosa is like a pinwheel but the stuffing of it is exactly the same as of popular samosa.

So we can say that this is the samosa in modern look rooted in traditional flavours.

In today’s time this version of samosa is very common but mostly made using ready-made puff pastry sheets but here we have made them from the scratch.

When you are making anything from the scratch, it gives you a high satisfaction that everything you are eating is fresh, clean and free from any kind of preservatives. And even otherwise, puff pastry sheets are not available at every place.

And moreso, don’t think that making these pinwheel Samosas from homemade dough instead of readymade puff pastry sheets are going to make them anyway lesser. Even these samosas are more delicious and greatly crispy .

Also, samosa is seen from the prism of guilt being heavily deep fried but here we have made it guiltfree by making it in just 2-3 tbsp of oil, all applause to our lovable Air Fryer. Airfrying gives absolute crispness with less oil and there’s no compromise to the taste as well.

The another best part of this recipe is that it comes in very appropriate portions where every one can enjoy their share without any cutting and division.

This recipe is completely ideal for festive snacks, tea time or parties. You can prepare them in bulk and just reheat at the time of serving.

So go for it and enjoy.
