Coconut water popsicles recipe | vegan popsicles with coconut water | coconut water ice pops with step wise pictorial and video recipe.
Immediately prior to present post, we have shared the recipe of Vegan Tender Coconut Ice Cream. To make that recipe, we had to have 2 green coconuts filled with coconut meat and coconut water as well.
The coconut meat was entirely used in ice cream recipe but we were left with almost one & half cups of coconut water after using the required amount.
Though we could simply booze the water as it is because coconut water in itself is so refreshing and tasty that it needs no accompaniment.
But we wanted to utilize it in an innovative way after reconstructing. Then these cooling and refreshing popsicles idea clicked the mind because recently we had the same Popsticles with mangoes.
Very easy to make with just 3 ingredients, these popsicles are much pleasing to kids in addition of being healthy.
Step wise pictorial recipe
- Take a popsicles mould and put 1 tsp desiccated coconut in each space.
- Mix powdered sugar in coconut water.
- Pour the coconut water in each space of mould till the top.
- Give a very gently mix with some toothpick or back of spoon in each space.
- Put the lids on and freeze for 5 to 6 hours.
- After the said time, take out the moulds from freezer and dip each part of mould in water for few seconds to loosen the pops.
- Take all popsicles out of mould.
Enjoy.
NOTES
- You can fill the popsicles with chopped pieces of different flavoured & coloured fruits to make it more inviting, beautiful and healthy.
- Instead of whole fruits, you can mix in the juices of your favourite fruits.
- Tender coconut meat after chopping into pieces can also be added to make popsicles more coconuty.

- 1.5 cup coconut water
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 6 tsp desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Take a popsicles mould and put 1 tsp desiccated coconut in each space.
- Mix powdered sugar in coconut water.
- Pour the coconut water in each space of mould till the top.
- Give a very gently mix with some toothpick or back of spoon in each space.
- Put the lids on and freeze for 5 to 6 hours.
- After the said time, take out the moulds from freezer and dip each part of mould in water for few seconds to loosen the pops.
- Take all popsicles out of mould. Enjoy.
Notes
- The coconut water used in this recipe is from the green tender coconuts. Instead you can use the canned coconut water also.
