Peanut masala recipe | Masala mungfali | besan mungfali with step wise pictorial and video method.

Peanuts covered with spicy gram flour is a snack you can’t stop until the entire bowl is finished.

This Haldiram style besan coated mungfali is such a snack which everyone has tasted in their lifetime and a part of regular snack.

Although we can’t call it completely healthy recipe being deep fried traditionally but there’s nothing which can be transformed from being unhealthy to healthy and such task was completed by our dear air fryer and microwave.

There’s not even an iota of doubt that Air fryer makes the food more crispy, more tasty than a pan full of oil and the same happened to our peanuts.

This recipe came out so good and that too in just 1 tablespoon of oil.

Although we have shared the deep fried version also for those who don’t have air fryer or microwave.

As far as ingredients are concerned, they are very basic and routine and are available in every pantry. However you can skip some if not available because this recipe can be made even with just salt and red chilli powder also.

For storage you need to have an airtight container and it can be stored for weeks as it’s shelf life.

But before storing them, make sure they are completely cool because if you will store the hot or even warm one, they will turn soggy.

This is the third time we are trying this recipe because during the first two times, besan wasn’t coated well over peanuts. The simple reason was that we put the entire batch of peanuts in the flour and spices mixture.

But this time we coated each peanut separately, only for air frying and baking.

You might find it really terrible and exhaustive, but to get the best results, time and patience needs to be given.

So here we are with the well coated peanuts exactly like available in the market.
