Peanuts covered with spicy gram flour is a snack you can't stop until the entire bowl is finished.

1 cup = 250 ml
- 250 gram/1.5 cup peanuts
- 1/2 cup gram flour/besan
- 4 tbsp powdered poha or rice flour
- 2 tbsp corn flour/corn starch
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 3/4 tsp carom seeds
- 3/4 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp dry mango powder or chaat masala
- 8-10 curry leaves (finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- water as required
Take a bowl and add gram flour, powdered poha, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, carom seeds, garam masala, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, curry leaves, salt and oil Slowly add water sufficient enough so that mixture gets a sticky consistency.
Add the peanuts, few at a moment.
Coat them with the besan mixture, preferably one at a time. If you find it exhaustive, then coat few kernels using fingers.
