Healthy Vegan Brownies made with Sweet Potatoes

 

STEP WISE PICTORIAL RECIPE OF HEALTHY  VEGAN BROWNIES MADE WITH SWEET POTATOES :

 

Add sweet potato puree, sugar, peanut butter and vanilla in a bowl.

Mix them so well that they become uniform.

Put a sieve over the bowl. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and walnuts and Sift

 

Add walnuts to the bowl.

Mix well. If the batter is too much dry, add 1 or 2 tbsp of milk. We just needed to add 1 tbsp.

Transfer in 8×8 cake tin lined with greased butter paper.

Bake in preheated oven @180°C for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Let it cool down and then take out of the mould and cut into pieces.

Enjoy your sweet potato brownie.

1 cup = 250 ml

  • 1 cup/250 gram Sweet potato puree
  • 3/4 cup/95 gram wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup/25 gram Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup/100 gram brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup/40 gram peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup/30 gram walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 or 2 tbsp plant milk

Instructions
