STEP WISE PICTORIAL RECIPE OF HEALTHY VEGAN BROWNIES MADE WITH SWEET POTATOES :
Add sweet potato puree, sugar, peanut butter and vanilla in a bowl.
Mix them so well that they become uniform.
Put a sieve over the bowl. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and walnuts and Sift
Add walnuts to the bowl.
Mix well. If the batter is too much dry, add 1 or 2 tbsp of milk. We just needed to add 1 tbsp.
Transfer in 8×8 cake tin lined with greased butter paper.
Bake in preheated oven @180°C for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool down and then take out of the mould and cut into pieces.

Healthy Vegan Brownies made with Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
1 cup = 250 ml
- 1 cup/250 gram Sweet potato puree
- 3/4 cup/95 gram wheat flour
- 1/4 cup/25 gram Cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup/100 gram brown sugar
- 1/4 cup/40 gram peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup/30 gram walnuts (chopped)
- 1 or 2 tbsp plant milk
Instructions
- Add sweet potato puree, sugar, peanut butter and vanilla in a bowl.
- Mix them so well that they become uniform.
- Put a sieve over the bowl.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and walnuts.
- Sift.
- Add walnuts to the bowl.
- Mix well.
