Cheese Volcano pizza recipe with step wise pictorial and video method.
Cheese Volcano pizza is a new and unique twist on classic pizza wherein loads of cheese is seen oozing out from the middle, giving an effect of Volcano.
This is just a new way to experience the world’s most loved food Pizza with extra cheese.
This pizza is traditionally made from scratch but we have made it from readymade base, and it was really easy and fun to make.
If talking about topping, it is something depending upon personal choice varying from vegan to vegetarian to non veg.
We have simply put small pieces of onion, three coloured bell peppers, boiled corns and butter.
Spices include oregano, red chili flakes, black pepper powder and salt made the pizza a real spark.
And if talking about the cheese sauce, it is usually made with cheddar cheese but we have made with Cheese slices.
So let’s begin with the recipe.
STEP WISE PICTORIAL RECIPE OF CHEESE VOLCANO PIZZA RECIPE
Take a pizza base and cut it into half, making two round bases.
First take the upper part and mark a cut in the middle using a round lid or cutter.
Then take the second part of the base (lower one) and place it on the baking tray lined with greased butter paper or silicon mat. We are doing it so because once pizza base is topped with everything, it becomes little difficult to move it conveniently.
Spread mayonnaise over it.
Now put the mozzarella all over the lower base, as much as you like.
Then put the top base (with hole in the middle) over the lower base.
Spread mayonnaise and pizza sauce over the round edges, leaving behind middle part.
Put mozzarella cheese all over the edges.
Top the edges with your favorite stuff. We put 3 coloured (green, red, yellow) bell pepper, boiled corns and onion.
Sprinkle salt, oregano and red chili flakes.
Place small pieces of butter here and there.
Bake in preheated oven at 230°C for 8-10 minutes.
While pizza is getting baked, let’s prepare cheese sauce and for that add butter, milk and cheese slices in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 30 to 45 seconds or until it turns creamy.
Pour into the middle of pizza.
Enjoy.

Ingredients
FOR PIZZA
- 1 pizza base (we used homemade wheat pizza base)
- 4-5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese as required
- 2 tbsp boiled corns
- 8-10 small pieces of bell pepper
- 5-6 small pieces of onion
- 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2-3 small pieces of butter
FOR CHEESE SAUCE
- 2 cheese slices
- 2 tsp butter
- 2-3 tsp milk
