Air fryer roasted masala cashews

 

Step-by-Step Guide to Air Fried Roasted Masala Cashews

 

Mix water and 1/2 tsp salt in a plate or tray. Shape of tray or plate should be such in which all the cashews can get soaked.

Add cashews and mix well. Soak 15 Minutes

Drain water and add cashews in a bowl.

Add oil, black salt, black pepper powder and chaat masala.

Mix them really well.

Transfer cashews in air fryer basket and spread in a single layer.

Air Fry @160°C for 6 minutes.

Shake the basket midway i.e. after 3 minutes.

Air fryer roasted masala cashews are ready. Check for the spices. Store in air tight container when cool completely.

  • 2 tbsp water

FOR ROASTING CASHEWS

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
