Air fryer roasted masala cashews are crunchy, spiced snacks made with flavorful masala, lightly roasted for a healthy treat.

FOR SOAKING CASHEWS
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp water
FOR ROASTING CASHEWS
- Soaked Cashews
- 1/2 tsp oil
- 1/4 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Mix water and 1/2 tsp salt in a plate or tray. Shape of tray or plate should be such in which all the cashews can get soaked.
Add cashews and mix well.
Soak 15 minutes.
Drain water and add cashews in a bowl.
Add oil, black salt, black pepper powder and chaat masala. Mix them really well.
Transfer cashews in air fryer basket and spread in a single layer.
Air Fry @160°C for 6 minutes.
Shake the basket midway i.e. after 3 minutes.
Air fryer roasted masala cashews are ready. Check for the spices.
Store in air tight container when cool completely.
