Air fryer roasted almonds with step wise pictorial and video method.
Plain and bland almonds turned into a delicious and healthy snack under 10 minutes for anytime munching or for partying or travelling.
When it comes to snacking, roasted nuts are top favourite be it almonds, cashews, pistachios or anything like.
Either you are vegan, gluten intolerant, weight watcher, keto, low carb, paleo or on whole30 diets, this recipe is for each one.
This delicious twist to the regular almonds makes a wonderful salted snack which is too crunchy that you can’t stop over few.
This is such a recipe which you can gift to your loved ones as gift on special occasions like Rakhi, bhaidooj or on Diwali.
Although there are many ways to roast the almonds but air fried or baked one are the easiest one.

HOW TO ROAST ALMONDS IN OVEN :
Preheat the oven @180°C for 10 minutes. Then place the baking tray carrying almonds and bake for 15 minutes.
HOW TO ROAST ALMONDS IN PAN.
Take about 2 cups of salt in a pan and when the salt is extremely hot, add almonds in it. Sift for 5-7 minutes or until you find the almonds well roasted. Thereafter sift the almonds so that excessive salt is removed.
HOW TO STORE ROASTED ALMONDS?
They should be stored in an air tight jar only when they are completely cool. If you store the warm almonds, they will release moisture and will turn soggy.
STEP WISE PICTORIAL RECIPE OF AIR FRYER ROASTED ALMONDS
- Mix 1/4 tsp of salt and water.
2. Pour this water over the Almonds and mix well. Rest for 15-20 minutes.
3. Transfer these almonds in the air fryer basket.
4. Air fry almonds @160°C for 10 minutes.
5. In the midway, pause the air fryer and shake the basket and thereafter continue for further 5 minutes.
6. Alternatively you can bake almonds in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes @180°C.
7. Once almonds are roasted, take them out.
8. Pour oil and rest of the oil over them.
9. Rub them well.
When cool, enjoy
NOTES
- You can add the seasoning as per your choice like red chilli powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala or anything you like.
- Put them in airtight container only once they are completely cool.

Ingredients
1 cup = 250 gram
- 1 cup Almonds (200 gram)
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 + 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp oil
Instructions
- Mix 1/4 tsp of salt and water.
- Pour this water over the Almonds and mix well. Rest for 15-20 minutes.
- Transfer these almonds in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry almonds @160°C for 10 minutes.
- In the midway, pause the air fryer and shake the basket and thereafter continue for further 5 minutes.
- Alternatively you can bake almonds in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes @180°C.
- Once almonds are roasted, take them out.
- Pour oil and rest of the oil over them.
- Rub them well.
- When cool, enjoy
