Step wise pictorial recipe of Watermelon juice recipe
- Soak basil seeds in water and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- In the mean time, cut watermelon and bring out the red flesh.
- Take out 3 cups of watermelon and remove seeds from them.
- out of 3 cups of watermelon, cut 1 cup of watermelon into small chunks.
- Put the rest of the 2 cups of water in a blender jar.
- Also add sugar, cumin seeds and black salt.
- Give them a nice blend and mixture will turn into liquid.
- By now, basil seeds must have been puffed up.
- Take a serving glass and put a spoonful of basil seeds, then pour watermelon liquid and watermelon chunks on the top.
- Watermelon juice is ready.
Serve chilled after topping with mint leaves.
NOTES
- This juice can be made without adding basil seeds also.
- Sugar can be substituted with honey or maple syrup.
- Frozen watermelon can also be used.

- 3 cup Watermelon
- 1 tsp basil seeds/sabja
- 4 tbsp Sugar or as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Black salt/Rock salt
- 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds Roasted & powdered
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Soak basil seeds in water and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- In the mean time, cut watermelon and bring out the red flesh.
