Suji Ka Paratha recipe| sooji Paratha | Rava Paratha with step wise pictorial and video method is here.

This recipe of suji Ka Paratha is one of the easiest recipe of Paratha we have ever tried. In making this suji Ka Paratha, you don’t need to put that extra efforts in kneading the dough. Also you don’t need to prepare the stuffing separately. Just all ingredients are to be assembled, prepare Paratha one by one and enjoy.

Step wise pictorial recipe of suji ka paratha recipe
Add water in a pan. Also add onion, salt, carom seeds, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, ginger paste, green chilli, oil and coriander leaves. Mix.
Place water for boiling.
When water begins to boil, switch off the flame.
Add suji and mix it well.
Transfer suji mixture in a bowl so that it gets cool down so immediately.
Once cool, mix everything with hand to make a dough. Don’t knead and also don’t add water.
Take some portion out of suji dough, roll it between your palms and then roll it on surface with the help of a rolling pin. Howcver we did it without rolling pin by just using hands.Use whole wheat flour, where ever needed.
Roll the Paratha to such an extent that it should neither be too thick nor too thin.
The edges of this paratha will be uneven. Use a bowl to cut the paratha in a proper round shape.
Spread few drops of oil on hot tawa and place Paratha on it.
Press it with spatula for deep roasting.
Cook suji ka Paratha from both the sides by sprinkling oil until turn golden brown.
Your suji ka Paratha is ready. Serve hot.
NOTES
If you don’t have measuring cups, don’t worry. You just have to take suji and water in equal proportion. Measure both with one same bowl.
If disturbed, you can adjust the consistency of dough accordingly. If you dough has become loose, add more suji and if the dough has become extra hard, add warm water. Though there’s hardly any chance of your’s facing such difficulty.

Ingredients
- 2 cup Suji / semolina
- 1/2 tsp Carom seeds
- Red chilli powder to taste
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 medium Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 2 Green chilies (chopped)
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp Oil plus more for frying
Instructions
- Add water in a pan.
- Add onion, salt, carom seeds, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, ginger paste, green chilli, oil and coriander leaves. Mix.
- Place water for boiling.

- Add suji and mix it well.
