pudina raita | mint raita | how to make pudina raita at home with step wise pictorial method.
In summers, this is an habit of eating raita after or with the meals and in most of the houses, food is incomplete without raita. raita is usually consumed during summers, especially during lunch, because it has a cooling effect. It keeps the stomach free from heat and also helps in digestion. Moreso body gets all the requisite nutrients contained in the curd. Though curd can be consumed plain without adding anything but giving it some flavor is always tongue tickling.
But if we talk about varieties of Raita, then they are endless. Begins with Boondi Raita to Cucumber Raita, list goes on upto Fruit Raita, Pomegranate Raita, Vegetable Raita, Pineapple Raita, Onion Raita, Tomato Raita, Palak Raita, Mango Raita, Makhana Raita, Lauki Raita, Carrot Raita, Aloo Raita, Capsicum Raita, Beetroot Raita, Masala Raita and many more.
But being a working couple when we reach home after tiring dayout, it seems a tedious job to prepare variety of Raitas because that time we need something instant.
Pudina Raita is usually made with fresh mint leaves but as already submitted, we look forward to something instant only, so here, pudina masala powder comes for our rescue. Just mix in curd and enjoy. So let’s go for this easy recipe of pudina raita or can say mint raita.
