Paan ice cream recipe | easy paan ice cream | how to make paan ice cream with step wise pictorial and video method is here to hypnotize you with its scrumptious flavour & taste.
Paan ice cream made without using expensive ice cream machine or other tedious ingredients. No eggs, no condensed milk, no cooking, this easy paan ice cream is prepared using very basic ingredients & in just 10 minutes of time.
If you don’t believe, have a look at the list of ingredients below, and see how simple they are. We were out of gulkand & had no plans to prepare anything which calls for gulkand in bulk.
So instead of buying a big pack of it, managed 2 tbsp from a nearby paan shop along with betel leaves. Smart move…lol.
Paan is something which almost many people like due to its peculiar tone & feel. And on the other hand, ice cream is also most loved dessert across the world.
So just imagine the kind of magic they will create in your mouth, when both will join hands. You are definitely going to spellbound by the invocation of this paan ice cream.

Step wise pictorial recipe
- In a blender, add betel leaves after tearing them. Do wash betel leaves before using.
- Add gulkand, fennel seeds, cardamom pods, coconut & 1 tbsp of milk.
- Blend coarsely into a paste. Keep aside.
- Take a wide bowl and add whipping cream in it.
- Beat with the hand blender for about 2 minutes. It will turn fluffy.
- Add powdered sugar and again whip for a minute.
- Add milk powder & 1/2 cup of milk. Whip again for one minute.
- Add the betel leaves paste earlier made.
- Also add tutti fruity. Mix.
- Lastly add green food colour and mix.
- Pour into an airtight container.
- Wrap the top of the container with aluminium foil.
- Cover the container with a lid and freeze for 8-10 hours or overnight.
Your paan ice cream is ready.
NOTE
- In place of fresh coconut, you can use dessicated coconut also. In such a case, you need not to add dessicated coconut while grinding betel leaves but add it anytime later.
- If you want to use condensed milk, then don’t add powdered sugar, milk powder & milk. Add condensed milk between 1/2 to 3/4 cup or as per your liking for sweetness at the stage when powdered sugar was added.
- Ice cream container is wrapped with the aluminium foil to prevent the creation of ice crystals while the ice cream is going freezing process.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Whipping cream chilled
- 1/2 cup milk powder
- 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp milk chilled
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 5 betel leaves paan k patte
- 2 tbsp gulkand rose jam
- 1 tsp fennel seeds sounf
- 1 tbsp coconut
- 3-4 cardamom pods
- 3 tbsp Tutti fruity
- 5-6 drops Green food colour
Instructions
