- 1 tsp ajwain/carom seeds
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
Instructions
