Eggless Mango Tart Without Oven & Condensed Milk with step wise pictorial and video method.

No bake Mango tart is a beautiful looking dessert made with the biscuits crust and mango filling.

When mangoes are in the season, you have no reason not to try this amazing recipe.

Mango tart generally calls for oven, cream and condensed milk, but in the given recipe, you don’t require any of the 3 mentioned ingredients.

And here lies the simplicity of this recipe.

The base of the tart is made with crushed cookies which requires no baking, and this is the best way to use the leftover cookies as well which no one is eating for either being turn soggy or whatever be the reason.

Further, we haven’t used cream as well and in place of that, added malai which is very common in Indian households.

And lastly, no expensive condensed milk as well. Sugar, milk and cornflour has done an excellent job and that too cheaply.

TIPS TO MAKE PERFECT MANGO TART

Do grease the tart pan first. Taking the tart out of it will become easy.

Crush the biscuits in a proper manner so that they become completely powder. Chunky base may not set properly.

The best way to check whether the butter is enough or not, just try to holds the biscuits powder in your hand and give it a shape. If the shape sustains,  the butter is enough.

Don’t forget to leave the tart pan, after the base is set, in the refrigerator. This will help the butter to solidify and as a result gives strength to the base.

If you are also using Malai, make sure the Malai should be fresh otherwise it miss spoil taste of the entire tart.

Cook the mango puree on low heat and cook until it turns thick. If you leave it runny, it will not set into the tart.

Don’t be in a haste to invert and cut the tart. Let it set fully for 5-6 hours or at least overnight in the refrigerator.

You need not to have the mini tart pans like mine to make your recipe. Even a big size to pan is also good and that will creator one big tart.

In case you don’t have the tart pan, you can make it in the cake tin as well, but before that you have to line the cake tin with butter paper and the sides of the butter paper should be this much large so that you can bring the tart out by holding them.

As the tart, especially no bake is very delicate and may breakdown while inverting, so the best way is to place a glass whose circumference is smaller than the base of the tart. Put the tart pan over it and slowly pressurizing it towards downside so that tart will come out of the mould easily.

So go ahead and make it as long as mangos are in the season. It’s a great choice to be made ahead for any small get together or party. Not just for the kids but this beauty has the charm to attracting the adults as well.
