Eggless Caramel cake recipe | egg free Caramel cake with step wise pictorial and video recipe.

This cake was made long back in the month of April this year but for certain unknown reasons, it could not be turned into post.

April was my birthday and India was under complete lock down at that time. So made Butterscotch cake for my birthday on my own.

Though I am not much into making cakes with icing but I was under compulsion of lockdown to make it as my birthday has always been very special to me.

This caramel sauce was part of my birthday cake and after using the needed portion, I was left with almost 1/4 cup of Caramel.

Eggless Caramel cake recipe

This cake was made purely on assumptions and it wasn’t sure how it will come out.

And O my God, it was super awesome. Rather super duper awesome. Really unexpected victories bring bundles of happiness.

I would like to add here that cake was so yum that you will not make it only when caramel in leftover is there. Once try and I bet, you will deliberately and specially make a caramel.

So here, I am sharing my happiness with you in the form of this soft, moist and delicious cake.

When the batter is unable to attain the required consistency, you can add bit of milk to balance that deficiency.

Eggfree caramel cake looks perfect even without adding eggs. Caramel is my favorite thingy, and it’s perfect for sweet bakes.
That’s a nice idea to use it in cakes.
