But if you are idea is to eat it as it is or at the most with the cup of tea or curd, then atleast enhance the quantity of salt because we have deliberately added less salt because our Dahi wala paneer to had a salt, obviously.

STEP WISE PICTORIAL RECIPE OF DAHI WALE PARATHE RECIPE

 

In a bowl and add whole wheat flour and all the spices mentioned in the recipe card i.e. salt carom seeds/ajwain, garam masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder and Kasuri methi.

Give them a good mix.

Add curd.

Mix well and knead into a normal dough. Add more curd if needed but in our case, 1 cup of curd was sufficient.

Apply few drops of oil on the top of dough, cover and rest for 10 minutes.

Take a portion of dough and roll into a round disk by dusting dry flour wherever needed.

Apply oil or ghee over the disk.

Fold it half looking like a D.

Again apply oil/ghee.

Furthermore fold it making a triangle. However this is not the compulsory shape and you can roll paratha in any shape you want.

Roll the paratha with a rolling pin.

Cook it on hot tawa from both sides by applying oil/ghee.
