Crinkle top eggless brownies without condensed milk with step wise pictorial and video method.
Eggless crinkle top brownies offer a delightful twist to the classic chocolate treat, providing a rich and fudgy experience without the use of eggs.
Undoubtedly there are many recipes of brownies and definitely they gave the best results in terms of taste, but fails to attain the crinkle top. But now, that is going to be possible with the given recipe.
The crinkle top feature of these brownies adds a catchy visual element, creating a contrast between the glossy, cracked surface and the dense, velvety interior.
This signature feature is the outcome of the unique combination of ingredients and the careful balance of wet and dry components in the recipe.
When it comes to eggless brownies, one of the key challenge is to achieve the perfect texture without compromising flavor because it is basically an egg which traditionally contribute to the structure and moisture in brownies.
We have been able to meet that challenge successfully but replacing eggs with yoghurt and baking soda.
Though traditionally, baking soda doesn’t go in brownies but when you are not using eggs, baking soda is the last resort to get the desired fluffiness.
OUR PREVIOUS BAKED BROWNIES
Earlier also, I have tried the brownies, but they were way different than the present one.
All were extremely delicious but never got the much expected crinkle top. And what was the common factor in all the brownies were that they were made with cocoa powder only and none had all purpose flour.
1ST RECIPE: These were the eggless brownies but made with whole wheat flour and walnuts were also there.
2ND RECIPE: The second recipe we tried was the Vegan & gluten free millets brownie made with Jowar (sorghum), Bajra (Pearl millet) and Ragi (finger millet) flours.
3RD RECIPE: The 3rd and the last one was vegan brownies made in the air fryer.
INGREDIENTS USED IN THIS RECIPE
FLOUR: we have used all purpose flour in these brownies.
SWEETENER: Regular refined sugar is used after powdering it.
CURD/YOGHURT: we have used commonly available curd in the market comes in boxes. This curd is quite thick in consistency. So you are better to use such curd instead of homemade curd.
Instead you can use the Greek yoghurt as well.
CHOCOLATE: This recipe uses dark chocolate. We have added Amul Dark Chocolate. You can use any dark chocolate available to you. Can go for even dark chocolate chips.
BUTTER : The butter added in this recipe is the unsalted butter.
VANILLA ESSENCE: This is optional ingredient. Instead you can add chocolate essence or nothing at all.
BAKING SODA : As already stated, brownies do not call for leavening agents like baking soda or baking powder because the much needed softness and fluffiness comes from eggs. But as these are the eggless brownies, you can visualize the baking soda as a replacement to the eggs.

1. Take a bowl and add yoghurt/curd and Powdered Sugar. The quantity of yoghurt, sugar and other ingredients is given in the recipe card at the end of the post. And weight in grams is more reliable than the measuring cups.
2. Whisk them so well.
3. Put a lid and keep it aside.
4. Take a dark chocolate.
5. Roughly chop the chocolate thinly.
6. Place a small bowl over the hot water pan (double boiler) and put butter in it.
7. Let the butter melt.
8. Then add chopped chocolate.
9. Mix and let chocolate melt completely. Don’t overdo otherwise chocolate will begin to turn dry. However you can do this process (double boiler) in microwave as well.
10. Immediately drop the melted butter+ chocolate into the bowl having yoghurt sugar mixture.
11. Give a good mix so that everything incorporates so well.
12. Put a sieve over the bowl.
