Cold coffee recipe without ice cream with step wise pictorial and video method.
Sweet, creamy, frothy and chilled… this cold coffee is a perfect summer treat for coffee lovers.
Made in a cafe style, this cold coffee has all that exotic flavours which is enough to make you fall in love with itself.
Be it summer or winter, coffee has a special place at our home. Our son is so fond of coffee that if it’s winter, he loves to have cappuccino everyday and in summer, this delicious cold coffee is must to meet his taste buds.
For making this cold coffee, you necessarily need not to have a blender, though this is very common appliance in every household.
But in case you don’t have blender, you can use hand whisker to make this delicious beverage.
Also for making it much more creamy and delicious, you can add some ice cream in it. Either top the drink with ice cream or blend it with other ingredients or do it half half i.e. half blending half topping.
However some love to have this with whipping cream and chocolate.
Choice is yours.
INGREDIENTS USED
COFFEE : You can use any coffee of your choice, be it in powdered form or granules. We have used powdered bru coffee.
WATER : Warm water helps in making the froth in the coffee.
SUGAR : We have used white sugar.
MILK : We have added full fat dairy milk. To make it vegan, you can replace the said milk with almond or soy milk.
ICE CUBES : These are used to make the cold coffee more chilled.
STEP WISE PICTORIAL RECIPE OF COLD COFFEE RECIPE WITHOUT ICE CREAM
- Add coffee and warm water in a blender jar.
- Whip them until mixture turns frothy and light brown in colour.
- Add sugar, milk and 5-6 ice cubes.
- Whip again until everything is combined well and a frothy later is formed on the top.
- Put more ice cubes in serving glass and pour the cold coffee.
Enjoy chilled.
NOTES
- Quantity of coffee can be varied depending on your personal choice that how strong flavour you like.
- Likewise sugar can also be adjusted as per your taste.
- For better results, use full fat milk.
- Cold coffee can be topped with ice cream or whipped cream or/& chocolate syrup.
- Better to serve it immediately after making otherwise froth will settle down, though cold coffee will remain good in taste.

- 1 tbsp Instant coffee (powder or granules)
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 2 cups cold milk
- 8-10 ice cubes
Instructions
- Add coffee and warm water in a blender jar.
- Whip them until mixture turns frothy and light brown in colour.
- Add sugar, milk and 5-6 ice cubes.
- Whip again until everything is combined well and a frothy later is formed on the top.
- Put more ice cubes in serving glass and pour the cold coffee.
- Enjoy chilled.
