Cold coffee recipe without ice cream

Sweet, creamy, frothy and chilled... this cold coffee is a perfect summer treat for coffee lovers.

- 1 tbsp Instant coffee (powder or granules)
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 2 cups cold milk
- 8-10 ice cubes
Add coffee and warm water in a blender jar.
Whip them until mixture turns frothy and light brown in colour.
Add sugar, milk and 5-6 ice cubes.
Whip again until everything is combined well and a frothy later is formed on the top.
Put more ice cubes in serving glass and pour the cold coffee.
Enjoy chilled.
- Quantity of coffee can be varied depending on your personal choice that how strong flavour you like.
- Likewise sugar can also be adjusted as per your taste.
- For better results, use full fat milk.
- Cold coffee can be topped with ice cream or whipped cream or/& chocolate syrup.
- Better to serve it immediately after making otherwise froth will settle down, though cold coffee will remain good in taste.
