Whenever we have few overripe bananas, this is also confusing that how to use them. Initially there was a time when we used to make only milkshake with them.
But a time arrived when we were fed up with this one drink and wanted to try bananas another way as well.

And now finally this time something which is never tried earlier and here we have banana Coconut Ladoo.
The great party of this recipe is not just that it is delicious but it has no sugar at all and all the sweetness will come from the bananas itself.
This recipe is an easy to make recipe which provides good nutrition too. Without a doubt, this recipe is the epitome of recycling riped fruit into something different and special.

Mix well and we hardly had to cook them for a minute. The sign is that mixture should leave the base of the pan.
Make ladoos out of the mixture.
Toss them in desiccated coconut.
Let them sit for 15-20 minutes to firm up.

- Cooking time may vary depending on the quantity of bananas.Do the entire process on low heat while stirring continuously otherwise bananas will stick to the base.On adding desiccated coconut, if you feel that mixture is still too much loose, you can cook it for a longer time and if you see that mixture has turned too dry, you can add bit of coconut oil or milk as well.

Banana Coconut Ladoo Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup = 250 ml
- 4 over ripe bananas (large)
- 1 +1/3 cup desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts of your choice (we have added almonds & cashews)
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and put them in a non stick pan.
- Mash them using a fork.
- Now place the pan on heat on low heat.
- Keep stirring and keep cooking.
- After 10-12 minutes, bananas will turn slightly thick and start leaving the base of the pan.
- Then add cardamom powder, nuts, coconut oil and desiccated coconut.
- Mix well and we hardly had to cook them for a minute. The sign is that mixture should leave the base of the pan.
- Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool down a bit so that you can touch that.
- Make ladoos out of the mixture.
- Toss them in desiccated coconut.
- Let them sit for 15-20 minutes to firm up.
