NOTES
- Traditionally this recipe is made in earthen vessels but we were not having any to cook milk but only have a tawa. So we cooked milk in normal pan and made pua on earthen tawa.
- Instead of rice flour, you can make Pua with rice also. Soak the rice for 7-8 hours and then grind to fine paste using water.
- To make Pua (pancakes), you need not to apply any oil or ghee on tawa. Still it will come out easily.
- It tastes more better if eaten after couple of hours of making or even next day because by that pua in the milk will absorb more flavours into it.
