Take 2 tbsp water in a pan and add milk. Also add green cardamoms after crushing.
Leave it to boil. Do stir at intervals and scrape the sides to remove malai sticking there.
In the meantime, take rice flour in a bowl and start adding water little at a time.
Make a thick batter out of it and put it on rest for 15 minutes.
Coming back to milk, let it keep on boiling until it turns half. When it remains 500 ml, add sugar and nuts.
Let sugar dissolve and keep the milk aside.
Take a ladle full of rice flour batter and spread on the tawa like a pancake.
Put a lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
Then flip, cover and cook from other side as well until slightly cooked. Likewise make Pua will the entire dough.
Drop all the puas in milk.
Put a lid and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Doodh Pua is ready. Serve hot, cold or chilled.
