Peel the skin of bitter gourd.
Wash them well.
Slit vertically making a kind of pocket. Keep aside. If some karela is too long, divide into halves and then slit.
Take cumin seeds, spicy red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, salt and magic masala.
Then add mustard oil which is already cooked to smoking point.
Give them a good mix. Masala is ready.
Open the cavity/pocket of each karela and fill the masala.
Also apply bit of masala on the outer side of bitter gourd as well.
Place all karelas in the air fryer basket.
Air Fry @180°C for 15 minutes.
Turn the sides of each karela using a tong.
Air Fry again at the same temperature for 15 minutes more.
Air Fryer Stuffed Karela is ready.
