It’s eggless and falls in the category of no cooking recipe. It’s difficulty level is so low that even a child can make this ice cream.

Pista ice cream recipe | eggless pistachios ice cream | pista ice cream without machine
Ingredients
- 2 cup whipping cream chilled
- 1 cup condensed milk sweetened
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp cardamom essence of powder
- 1/4 cup pistachios unsalted
- 6-7 drops Green food colour
Instructions
- Roughly chop pistachios or blend coarsely. Keep them aside.
- Take a bowl and add whipping cream in it.
- Start whipping cream with electric beater for about 2 minutes. Till the time cream will turn fluffy.
- Add vanilla essence and cardamom essence. You can add cardamom powder instead. Whip for a minute.
- Add condensed milk and whip for 1 minute.
- Add some of the pistachios and mix. You can reserve few for sprinkling over the ice cream while serving.
- Lastly add green food colour and mix.
- Transfer the cream mixture into some airtight container and freeze for about 8 - 10 hours or overnight. Your pista ice cream is ready.

Step wise pictorial method
- Roughly chop pistachios or blend coarsely. Keep them aside.
- Take a bowl and add whipping cream in it.
- Start whipping cream with electric beater for about 2 minutes. Till the time cream will turn fluffy.
- Add vanilla essence and cardamom essence. You can add cardamom powder instead. Whip for a minute.
- Add condensed milk and whip for 1 minute.
- Add some of the pistachios and mix. You can reserve few for sprinkling over the ice cream while serving.
- Lastly add green food colour and mix.
- Transfer the cream mixture into some airtight container and freeze for about 8 – 10 hours or overnight.
- Your pista ice cream is ready.
NOTE
* you can avoid food colour if you don’t like it. Food colour has no impact on the taste of ice cream. The only difference is that with the colour, ice cream looks beautiful. And in traditional method, green food colour is added while making pista ice cream.
