STEP WISE PICTORIAL OF MEETHI SEVIYAN RECIPE WITHOUT MILK IN MICROWAVE
Take a small microwave safe bowl and add desi ghee and nuts in it.
Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
Nuts must have turned slightly brown and aromatic.
In a big microwave safe bowl, add water, sugar, green cardamoms, bay leaf and food colour.
Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Then add roasted vermicelli. If you have unroasted vermicelli, then roast them first.
Mix well.

- 1 cup roasted vermicelli
- 6-7 tbsp sugar
- 2 green cardamoms
- 1 bay leaf
- 1.5 tbsp desi ghee

- Pinch of saffron food colour
- 1.5 cup water
