Green chutney recipe | hari chutney | green chutney recipe for chat with step wise pictorial and video method.
Green chutney recipe | hari chutney | green chutney recipe for chat is a versatile flavourful condiment which is part and parcel of so many snacks and they are incomplete without it.
Hari chutney not only enhances the flavour of food but it is good for digestion too, because of the ingredients, primarily mint & coriander in it.
Few people don’t add mint in it & prepare this chutney only with coriander. But we love the mint flavour so added in it.
If coriander is not available with you, you can safely use cilantro instead. Cilantro is nothing but but the leaves of the coriander plant before flowering.
Also note that adding garlic pods is your personal choice. It is added in it but we don’t like the favour of uncooked garlic, so didn’t add. Assuring you skipping such ingredients doesn’t affect the taste of chutney at all. So relax.
This chutney goes well with samosa, chat, burger, kathi rolls, sandwich, dahi vada, bhel puri, aloo chat, aloo tikki, papdi chat, bread rolls and the list is endless.
Also have a look at other chutney recipes like Imli Aur Pyaz Ki Chutney, pudina anardana chutney, Chashni Chutney, walnut chutney, apple chutneye apple chutney and muli pudina chatni recipe.
