First crumble tofu.
Mash it with the heel of the palm so that there remains no lumps in tofu.
Once tofu turns smooth, add oats flour, cornflour, salt, black pepper powder and red chilli flakes.
Mix them so well.
Now take a very small portion of mixture and by pressing it, make a smooth, crack free ball.
Make balls with the entire mixture and keep aside.
Now take water in a pan and put on heat.
When water begins to boil, drop tofu balls but one by one.
Initially they will sink to the base of the pan.
In couple of minutes, they will start floating on the surface of the water.
Once they begin to float, let them boil just for 2 minutes.
Thereafter remove the balls out of water. Keep aside.
