Rice Flour Masala Paratha is a crispy, spiced flatbread made with rice flour and aromatic spices, perfect for breakfast or snacks.

1 cup = 250 ml
- 2 cups rice flour
- 2 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp ginger chilli paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp amchur
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut (optional)
- 1 tbsp oil + extra for frying
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
- 2 cups boiling hot water
Take rice flour in a bowl. Also add rest of the ingredients, except water, mentioned above.
Give them a good mix.
Now add boiling hot water and mix with spatula.
Put a lid and rest for 5-10 minutes.
Now knead the mixture into a smooth dough with oily hands.
Cover again and rest for 15-20 minutes.
Now take a portion of dough, round it and roll with rolling pin. Dust dry rice flour wherever needed.
To give it an appropriate round shape, use any round lid and remove the extra edges.
Cook it on tawa after applying oil on both sides.
