Rice Flour Masala Paratha is a crispy, spiced flatbread made with rice flour and aromatic spices, perfect for breakfast or snacks.

Ingredients
  

1 cup = 250 ml

  • 2 cups rice flour
  • 2 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp ginger chilli paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp amchur
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut (optional)
  • 1 tbsp oil + extra for frying
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 cups boiling hot water

Instructions
 

  • Take rice flour in a bowl. Also add rest of the ingredients, except water, mentioned above.
  • Give them a good mix.
  • Now add boiling hot water and mix with spatula.
  • Put a lid and rest for 5-10 minutes.
  • Now knead the mixture into a smooth dough with oily hands.
  • Cover again and rest for 15-20 minutes.
  • Now take a portion of dough, round it and roll with rolling pin. Dust dry rice flour wherever needed.
  • To give it an appropriate round shape, use any round lid and remove the extra edges.
  • Cook it on tawa after applying oil on both sides.
  • Enjoy.
