Add almonds, cashews, coconut, peanuts, curry leaves, green chilies, sugar, salt and oil in an Air Fryer basket. You can do the similar process in pan if don't have Air Fryer.
Mix well.
Put a mesh rack on these ingredients to prevent the light ingredients to fly around or get stuck in the fan during Air Frying.
Air Fry @200°C for 2 minutes.
Bring the basket out, remove the mesh and stir the ingredients by shaking the basket.
Again put the mesh and air fry @200°C for 3 minutes.
Then add raisins and air fry @200°C for 2 minutes by placing the mesh over the ingredients.
Bring the basket out and give it a stir.
Lastly add puffed rajgira seeds and mix well.
Again put the mesh and air fry @200°C of 2 minutes.
Bring the basket out mix well.
Take the mixture out and let it cool down completely.
Rajgira Namkeen is ready. Store in an air tight container. Enjoy.
