Oats Vegetables cutlets in Air Fryer

Oats vegetable cutlets are a Vegan and Gluten-free culinary masterpiece, blending the goodness of oats with a medley of vibrant vegetables.

- 1 cup powdered oats
- 2 cup finely chopped vegetables of your choice (we used purple cabbage, carrot, peas, capsicum and beetroot)
- 1 big onion (finely chopped)
- 2 green chilies (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- Red chilli powder to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp rice flour
Take a bowl and add all the ingredients.
Give them a good mix.
Now make the cutlets with the greased hands.
Arrange them in the air fryer basket. Put as many as your basket can accommodate in one go. Apply some oil over the cutlets. In case you don't have an air fryer, these cutlets can be deep fried or bake @190°C for 20-25 minutes.
Air fry for 15 minutes @180°C. You must flip them in the mid time.
