Spread saunf in some tray or plate.
Look into for the impurities, if any.
Add green cardamoms and black pepper corns in the same plate.
Spread thoroughly.
Place the plate under the sun for at least 30 minutes or under the fan for an hour.
Transfer some saunf in a blender. We will grind saunf and mishri in 3 rounds.
Add some mishri too. We have used dhage wali mishri, so crushed it a bit and removed the threads.
Grind them to a fine powder.
Sieve this powdered mixture into a big bowl.
Some part of the mixture will sit in the sieve which could not be grinded properly.
Transfer this leftover sounf again in the blender along with more saunf and mishri.
Again blend to a fine powder.
Sieve it to the same bowl.
Repeat the process as many times until you are left with least leftover saunf.
Saunf sharbat premix is ready. store it in an airtight jar.
