Take 2 slices of bread and spread green chutney on one side of both the slices. However you can skip this step if don't have green chutney.
Spread potato stuffing on one slice of bread.
Place another slice of bread, facing chutney side to stuffing, making it a sandwich.
Cut bread slices into halves giving them a diagonal shape. Keep aside.
Before going further, prepare the air fryer basket by arranging butter paper (with holes done with toothpick) in an air fryer basket and grease it with oil.
Now dip the sandwich in batter from both the sides.
Drip off the excess batter.
Place bread slices in the basket.
Air fry @180°C for 10-22 minutes. Our bread was done this way. If you feel that the other side of your bread wasn't cooked properly, you can turn the side of bread pieces and air fry for more minutes.
Stuffed bread pakoda is ready. Enjoy with green chutney or tomato ketchup or any dip of your choice.
