Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and green chilies.
Saute for a while until GG paste turns slightly brown.
Add onion and cook till turns translucent.
Add capsicum, carrot, green peas, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
Give them a nice mix.
Put a lid and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Lastly add scrambled tofu, spring onion greens and coriander leaves.
Give them a good mix and keep aside to cool down completely.
Now take some water in a plate or tray.
Dip a rice paper for 8-10 seconds so that it turns slightly soft.
Place some tofu stuffing in the middle.
Wrap it up.
Now take one more rice paper, wet it likewise and wrap up the first parcel in it. In simple terms, double wrap the stuffing for extra crispiness.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds on the top.
Make more parcels likewise until all the stuffing is finished.
Put the parcels in greased air fryer basket. You can bake them in oven or pan fry in little oil.
Brush oil on them.
Air fry @180°C for 8 minutes on one side.
Open the air fryer, turn their sides.
Apply oil.
Air fry further for 8 minutes on similar temperature.
Tofu parcels are ready.
