Ingredients
  

1 cup = 250 ml

FOR MAKING CROQUETTES

  • 1 cup Paneer
  • 1/2 cup potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Sweet corns (coarsely crushed)
  • 1 Green chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala.
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves

FOR COATING

  • Cornflour slurry (3 tbsp Cornflour+ water as required)
  • 1/2 cup Vermicelli - (crushed into small pieces; unroasted)
  • Oil for brushing

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add mashed paneer, mashed potatoes, corns, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, pepper and chaat masala.
  • Mix until everything binds well.
  • Take a portion of mixture and shape into a cylindrical log.
  • Dip it into a cornflour slurry just to get it wet.
  • Roll the croquette in crushed vermicelli. Press gently to help it stick.
  • Keep all the croquettes in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to get set.
  • Place croquettes in the greased air fryer basket. Alternatively you can deep fry them.
  • Gently brush or spray them with oil.
  • Air fry at 180°C for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  • Enjoy hot.
