In a bowl, add mashed paneer, mashed potatoes, corns, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, pepper and chaat masala.
Mix until everything binds well.
Take a portion of mixture and shape into a cylindrical log.
Dip it into a cornflour slurry just to get it wet.
Roll the croquette in crushed vermicelli. Press gently to help it stick.
Keep all the croquettes in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to get set.
Place croquettes in the greased air fryer basket. Alternatively you can deep fry them.
Gently brush or spray them with oil.
Air fry at 180°C for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
Enjoy hot.
