Oats khoya Ladoo made with leftover desi ghee residue are delicious to the core.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup  Oats  plain
  • 1 cup ghee residue
  • 1 cup Jaggery
  • 1 tbsp desi ghee
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • Almond crush for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add ghee in a pan on low flame.
  • Roast oats till they slightly changes their colour.
  • Add ghee residue & properly merge with the oats.
  • Add jaggery & keep stirring till jaggery melts.
  • Add cardamom powder and mix.
  • Let the mixture cool a bit so that it can be easily touched.
  • Now start making small balls out of mixture & roll each ball in crushed almonds.
  • Enjoy after they cool down completely.
