Take a bowl and add soya flour and besan.
Now add other ingredients i.e. carom seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, coriander powder, salt & baking soda. Mix them.
Then add 1/4 cup of oil and bind the mixture with hand.
With the help of water, knead a soft but non sticky dough. Be careful while adding water. Add very less water in one time.
Now grease the sev press & put sufficient amount of dough in the sev press.
Press directly into hot oil & let the sticks fry. Make sure don't press much sticks in oil which creates a mess. This way your soya sticks may break while frying.
Fry the sticks till they turn golden brown.
Likewise make more sticks and bring them out on paper nepkin to release extra oil.
Enjoy with a cup of hot tea or coffee once they cool down completely.
