Cut the edges of the bread. Slightly flatten the bread by rolling it with rolling pin.
Apply some mayonnaise on one side of the bread.
Fold the bread in such a way that a cone is formed. The process is very similar to making of samosa cones. For better understanding, watch video attached to this post.
Press the side where mayonnaise is pasted so that bread stick there properly.
Put the cones in air Fryer basket and air fry for 3 minutes on 180°C. Alternative you can bake these cones in pre-heated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
While the cones are air frying/baking, add 5 tbsp Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp mozzarella, 2 tbsp pizza sauce, 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp capsicum, 2 tbsp sweet corns, 2 tbsp mozzarella, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and 1/2 tsp mix herbs in a bowl.
Give them a good mix.
By now, the bread cones are also got done.
Fill this stuffing into the cones.
Brush the outer part of bread cones with melted butter & mix herbs mixture.
Top the cones with mozzarella cheese.
Air Fry for 5 minutes @200°C.
