Add butter and powdered sugar in a bowl.
Whisk them to creamy. If you don't have electric beater, use hand blender.
Add mango puree and whisk it too.
Then add wheat flour, corn flour, baking powder, cardamom essence and yellow food colour.
Mix everything well but don't knead it like a dough.
Make small balls out of the dough and arrange them on a baking tray lined with greased butter paper.
Mark any design of your choice on the cookies. We used hand whisk to create a design. However you can leave the cookies just plain by slightly pressing them.
Put the tray in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Then bake in a pre-heated oven @180°C for 20 minutes in the middle rack with both the rods on.
Bring them out and let them cool completely.
