Take semolina, salt, sugar, yeast, milk and water in a bowl.
Mix well.
Cover and rest for 10 minutes.
Now start kneading the dough either with electric beater using dough hook or with your hands.
While kneading, add 1 tbsp oil and keep kneading.
When the oil is completely absorbed, add one more tbsp of oil and keep kneading.
Knead the dough for atleast 7-8 minutes.
Tightly cover the bowl and leave for fermentation for 1 hour at some warm place in the kitchen.
After 1 hour, the dough is turned double in size.
Knead it for a minute and shape it into a log.
Place it in the greased loaf pan.
If the top of uneven, gently smoothen it.
Cover and leave for rest for 30 minutes.
After the said period, the bread dough is on full bloom.
Give it a milk wash.
Bake it in a preheated oven @200°C for 30 minutes.
Bring the loaf pan out of oven and apply butter on the top. Take the bread out of the pan without any delay.
Let the bread cool down completely on a cooling rack.
Cut into slices.
