- Chop the watermelon and remove the seeds.
- add chopped watermelon, curd, sugar and khewra essence in a blender.
- Blend all the ingredients together and pour into the serving glass.
- Drop on ice cubes.
Serve chilled…
NOTE
You can also add the cubes of watermelon & fine chopping in not mandatory. We prefer chopping for the reason that you can easily find and remove seeds from the watermelon.

- 1 cup Watermelon chopped
- 1/2 cup l chilled
- 1/ tsp Khewra essence optional
- 2 tbsp Sugarr or honey
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Chop the watermelon and remove the seeds.
- Blend all the ingredients together and pour into the serving glass.
- Garnish with flavoured ice cubes.
- Serve chilled...
